What is Elizabeth Warren's plan for immigration?

I understand that Elizabeth Warren has an immigration plan. Very good. I want to know who this is. That's because I want to emigrate to the United States. I want to live the American dream This is because in Romania, as a person with disabilities, I am not respected by the Romanian state. The Romanian state does not grant me the rights provided by law. I do not exist for the Romanian state. The Romanian state would probably be happy if I were dead.
