Are Human Rights Respected?

I do not know how it is in your country, but in Romania, to me as a person with disabilities, the Romanian state has never respected my rights. For 33 years, since I was born, I have demanded my rights, and the Romanian state ignores me. I do not exist for the Romanian state.
