June 28 Day of mourning for all Romanians

June 28, 1940 is the day when the Soviet Union occupied Bessarabia, Northern Bukovina, Herta. Normally it should be possible for all Romanians to be a day of mourning this time. It is not any "liberation" as say some forces in Moldova
