Who can stop Putin?

Now, as I write these lines, the situation in Belarus is quite unclear. The Chisinau press reports that Vladimir Putin is sending the National Guard to Belarus. That means a disguised Russian military intervention in Belarus. A new kind of "green men".
I am surprised that the Romanian press does not comment much on this. That's because this situation should alert us. Who or what can stop Putin from repeating the script in Chisinau? No one and nothing can stop him. Let's imagine that a political leader, not necessarily Igor Dodon, after big protests in Chisinau, asks for the help of the Russian Federation to calm the area. What will happen ? The "pacifiers" on the Dniester are a few kilometers away. I immediately arrive in Chisinau. Do you think they will stop only in Chisinau? They will reach the Prut. Consider the fact that from Iasi to Chisinau you take about 5 hours by car.
Of course they will not cross the Prut. Putin is not stupid. In Romania he works with gloves. Here he uses Russian propaganda and all those who believe.
Russian propaganda, often camouflaged, in the form of Christian sites in Chisinau. I mean so-called orthodox ste. That's because it catches Romanians.

The scenario in Belarus can be repeated in Chisinau

Tomorrow, August 9, there are presidential elections. Lukashenko, the current president, seems to be no longer to Moscow's liking. This is after several members of a Russian group were arrested. His main opponent, a lady no one has heard of before, has a good chance.
I do not know whether Lukashenko will leave by vote or as a result of protests. But I fear that Lukashenko, who has ruled Belarus since 1994, will not relinquish power. Russia may try to destabilize the situation.
If Lukashenko loses power in Belarus, next on the list is Igor Dodon. That's because Putin is tired of him. Proof that his last visit was not even received. He only met Kozak. The situation in Belarus is similar to the situation between Igor Dodon and Maia Sandu.
This, Maia Sandu, does not say anything bad about Russia. Proof that they got along. Not to mention the visits to the Russian Embassy. She herself said she was not against Russia.
What must be clear, for us in Romania, is that, no matter who comes out, between these two, it will not be in favor of Romania.
Certainly Maia Sandu will not be against Romania like Igor Dodon, but she will not be a good friend either. We must learn our minds and not say our hope in the politicians in Chisinau. One I say in Bucharest, when I come to beg for money, and another I do in Chisinau.

What will happen to Ukraine after 2020?

Ukraine has made a decision that is little known internationally. It is about closing schools with teaching in Russian.  This is a very big mistake. Because the most important things for Russia are the Church and the language. Ukraine has already hit the Russian Orthodox Church. Now it strikes Russian too. I'm sure Vladimir Putin will respond militarily. The big problem is that Ukraine is now destroying all minorities. I also refer to the Romanian and Hungarian minorities. Now it strikes Russian too. I'm sure Vladimir Putin will respond militarily. The big problem is that Ukraine is now destroying all minorities. I also refer to the Romanian and Hungarian minorities.Ukraine will also have problems with Belarus. Let us not forget that Russia and Belarus are preparing a kind of confederation. This is the first step in creating a new Soviet Union. This means that Ukraine will also be a part of this Union. The Ukrainian state will disappear. But I hope that Ukraine will change its policy towards minorities and will fight to remain an independent state. A state in which everyone's rights will be respected. Paul Szasz Sebeș

Dodon citeste presa ?
