Did they understand something?

Valeriu Streleţ, Moldovan Prime Minister, attended the ceremony in Comrat today. From what I understand, he is first recorded in history. In his speech to the elected representatives from Gagauzia, he talked about the fact that the autonomous region of Moldova must go along with the European Union. He spoke in Russian, just as they understand better. The question is whether they understood. Politicians in Gagauzia are hypocrites. When they have an official delegation from Chisinau, or Bucharest, they are pro-European, otherwise they are pro-Russian. They must understand that they can not go separately
