3) With a view to setting up, respectively coordinating, respectively gathering of the Advisory Council of the Locality Town Halls, there are applied, correspondingly adapted, the provisions of the Article 124, paragraphs: (2); (3); (4); (5); (6).(4) Other legislative provisions afferent to the existence and functioning of the Advisory Council of the Locality Town Halls make the object of the constitutional Law afferent to the locality administration, as well as of other connected laws from within the state legislative System.Chapter II: Advisory Council of the Locality CouncilsArticle 137: Advisory Council of the Locality Councils(1) The Advisory Council, at state level, of the Locality Councils, is a consultative body, meant to some periodical consultations and debates of the representatives of the Locality Councils on specific problems of administration, legislation and administrative deliberation, at locality level.(2) For the organizing, meeting and functioning of the Advisory Council of the Locality Councils there are applied, correspondingly adapted, the provisions of the Article 136, paragraph (2), as well as the provisions of the Article 125, paragraph (2).(3) Other legislative provisions related to the organizing and functioning of the Advisory Council of the Locality Councils make the object of the Constitutional Law afferent to the locality administration, as well as of other connected laws from within the state legislative System.To follow soon:Title VI: Final Dispositions; Constitutional Legislative System; Constitutional Justice System – Constitutional Tribunal Lorin Fortuna Head of the Constitutional Group “ Timisoara
