How will they go?

I saw on television that the Moldovan trains that were upgraded in Romania, were restored on rails. Trains have worked a few years ago, but only a few months. Immediately they were broken because they took care of them. The current Minister of Transport has avoided provide a guarantee for these trains. Since the rails were removed after a few months operated trains were not neat. One of the trains, as I recall, burned. So what trips they have security?
