Who is behind these companies

Russia lifted the embargo on the import of Moldovan fruit for 17 companies. These are in southern Moldova. Of course for those producers this is very good news. I wonder who is behind these companies? Why just the south? Is it in Gagauzia? It would be interesting to see if these employers are not friends of Igor Dodon. There are too many mysteries related to this decision.
